Jeff Brainard brings more than 25 years of hands-on hospitality industry experience to every engagement. His career spans independent boutique properties, branded full-service hotels, and large resort operations — giving him a uniquely broad perspective on what drives performance across property types.
Jeff has led revenue management, sales, marketing, and operations initiatives that have generated measurable results for owners and management companies alike. He has supported more than $300 million in hotel renovation and capital project activity, guiding clients through brand negotiations, PIP compliance, and construction management.
